We deeply understand the importance of information and documents to our customers:

  1. A strict confidentiality mechanism for customer’s information and documents will be implemented to keep absolute confidentiality for our customers.

We will sign a Confidentiality Agreement with every customer according to customer’s requirement. A corresponding Confidentiality Agreement will also be signed with the translator.

A strict confidentiality system will be applied to every information and documents from our customers. Special protection measures will be applied according to customers requirements.

No customer information or documents shall be disclosed to any third party without prior permission of the customer.

  1. We have established a series of strict in-house confidentiality measurements. A person-in-charge has been assigned to every working section with complete processes management, restriction mechanisms and access permission mechanisms.

For a whole set of registration dossiers, pre-translation divisions will be arranged. No complete dossiers shall be distributed to translators. Changes will be applied to the names of company and drugs before translation for documents with high-level of confidentiality.

  1. For electronic data and files, we have independent data protection measures and mechanisms that are controlled by passwords.

We will, according to customer’s requirements, retain information, documents and data for customers within a specific period. These documents, information and data will be destroyed and deleted beyond this specific period.
